that we are a 100%
volunteer based group,
dedicated to rescue,
care, and education. We
are funded by the
generous donations of the
public along with profits
at our Second Chance
thrift store.
Meanwhile, please be a
responsible pet owner and
Spay or Neuter your cats
and dogs. Each year we
get overwhelmed with
kittens & puppies. HPHS
will help where ever we
can, but the real answer
is to help educate by
encouraging Spay and
Neuter. And to further
that path, we do offer
spay and neuter
certificates at a reduced
cost for both cats and
dogs, free spay/neuter of
feral felines & while
funds last, free
spay/neuter of pitbulls.
